Burlesquercise is light hearted and lots of fun. We provide a supportive and encouraging environment, you can expect to have plenty of giggles with our instructors on your way to gaining fitness and confidence. Burlesquercise is a workout specifically designed to target your legs & butt!

Each class is 1 hour long – structed with a short warm up at the start of class to get our bodys moving before we turn up the volume & the burn to a variety of music from vintage to modern! We include a core workout at the end of class as well as a short warm down.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled class to fill in registration, process payment and get ready for some bumps & grinds!
Burlesquercise is suitable for any level of fitness, while we encourage everyone to work hard it is up to your specific level on how hard you push yourself. Alternative exercises are always available and given for those who would like to push themselves harder and those who may have health concerns such as bad knees.
If unsure about starting a new exercise it is always best to check with your doctor first.
What to Wear:
Please wear something comfortable and suitable for booty shaking and pelvis thrusting! Anything goes – Leggings, pole shorts (hot pants), track pants, tee-shirt, singlet etc. If you want to rock the cheeky panties and fishnets that is also totally fine! We want you to be comfortable and ready to have some fun.
Gym shoes, low heels / dance heels or bare feet – what ever your preference may be! (Sorry no stilettos)
Be ready to take layers off as you warm up!

At some centres yoga mats are provided & others mats are available to hire – please check the specific centre details for more information & any questions you may have.
